The Platform reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
To register a 574 account, you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including in cases where unauthorised access results from your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 574 support team immediately.
Users agree not to use the 574 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these rules entitles 574 to suspend or close your account immediately.
All transactions on the 574 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
574 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. Once credited to your account, deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances approved by 574 management.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of wagering requirements (where applicable to bonuses), identity verification, and withdrawal limits set according to your account tier. 574 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated and may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Users are prohibited from: (i) using the platform for any unlawful purpose; (ii) spreading false information or deceiving other users; (iii) using a VPN or proxy software to conceal their actual location in order to access services unavailable in their region; (iv) attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the 574 platform's systems in any way.
574 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Users whose accounts have been legitimately closed are not permitted to re-register using different information.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and printed materials found on the 574 platform are the exclusive property of 574 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without express written permission from 574.
574 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability or fitness for purpose.
The 574 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 574 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access these links entirely at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before engaging with them.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the applicable legal processes in Malaysia.
